Background and strategic fit

Property listing website for selling, renting, searching, and buying property with the target audience being millennials and early Gen Z, who are already earning to own property from a young age, with middle and upper economic class, men and women, with ages starting from 25 years old.
Collaborates with Property Developer Companies to have an official page where the Developer can showcase their projects and can directly book orders contact this website
Has an integrated system with the Property Developer Company database to record sales through the website.
Property companies will be verified first so that the user's trust to buy is more guaranteed
Every contact will go through WA and Website’s contact form, from website who will connect to the sales agent of each property.

Identifying the Candidates

I was scheduling 6 people for this stage. Among them 2 are User, 2 are Developer and 2 are Agent. I chose three types of people because we wanted to present three different characters involved in the rental, selling, or buying process. So that I can know all the small problems and also know which character works in which way. I participated in interviews with them directly.

Competitive analysis

In order to get a solid understanding of how our competitors are doing in the market and to lay out a solid foundation, I did a competitor analysis present below:

User Persona

After completing the Interview and based on the kei insight from User & Agent/Developer, I created a persona to empathize with the user. This would allow me to keep the target user in mind while designing the solutions.

User & Business Goals

Once I had my user persona ready, I took a step back to get a clear overview of both the business goals and the user goals. In addition to those goals, I wrote down the technical considerations as well.
